They started the year with a few big losses on defense like kendricks, owa, anthony jefferson as well players like ellis maccarthy and priest willis. I thought the losses were enough to make the lose a couple of games as those are some very good players. Then they lost vanderdoes, moreau and jack. They also had to replace a very good veteran dual threat qb, but all the rest of the offense pretty much returned. I thought that going into this year they would have a similar record as last regardless because of these factors. Last night a couple of OL went to down with injuries and a an offensive player was ejected. I think they may have even had 3 or 4 injuries last night. There is no way you can lose this much off your defense and play well. They are now becoming like ND last yr.
They they lose miles jack, but return almost everyone else next yr. So I think they will have their best team in 2016.
