USC is currently at 64 scholarships for the 2017 and has 23 slots to fill for the 2017 signing class. There shouldn't be a problem getting the numbers just right seeing that the 64 includes not only Adoree' Jackson and JuJu Smith-Schuster but also three former walk-ons who were awarded scholarships last fall. Those are sometimes good just for one season. Moreover, USC can always blueshirt if it wants to make this class bigger or add a graduate transfer.
