The only document from USC's point of view is the response asking for stay of expulsion to be reversed. It can be found on this and a few other USC Football sites. In summary, USC says:

Friends of the trainer described her bawling, upset, and shaking when describing the incident. Pictures were taken right after the incident of bruises on the insides of her arms and legs, which USC reviewed.
