The "Office of Equity and Diversity" is the department within USC, which handles allegations of sexual misconduct. It handled Bryce's case.

Funny, from the pictures of its officers, the office doesn't look so "diverse" to me:

Keep in mind that this is the office charged with allegations of sexual misconduct which almost always are made by females against males.
