LOS ANGELES — Three football players have signed with the Trojan football program, USC football head coach Lincoln Riley announced today (Feb. 7).
Ratumana Bulabalavu, a defensive lineman from Army and Navy Academy (Calif.), Isaiah Rubin, a cornerback from Los Alamitos (Calif.) HS and Jadyn Walker, a linebacker from Portage Northern (Mich.) HS, will join the Trojan squad.

Bulabalavu, a four-star recruit, is ranked the No. 31 player in the state of California by 247Sports, No. 50 by ESPN, No. 74 by Rivals and No. 91 by On3. He is touted as the No. 42 defensive lineman in the nation by 247Sports, No. 44 by ESPN and No. 124 by On3. He finished his high school career with 60.5 sacks, which is believed to be among the top 10 totals in state history and a San Diego Section all-time best. As a senior in 2023, he recorded 99 tackles, including 20 for loss (with 19 sacks), 20 QB hurries, 2 PBUs, 2 forced fumbles and 1 INT. He helped lead Army and Navy Academy to the 2023 CIF San Diego Section Division V-AA title game. Bulabalavu was named the 2023 Costal League Defensive Player of the Year and earned placement on the 2023 All-CIF San Diego Section First Team, the 2023 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Small Schools Team and the 2023 All-Costal League First Team. He began the season on the San Diego Prep Football Preseason Watch List and SBLive's 2023 Preseason All-San Diego Section Team. He is touted as the No. 32 cornerback in the country by 247Sports, No. 37 by ESPN and No. 48 by Rivals. In addition to playing defensive back, Rubin is a talented returner on special teams. After transferring to Los Alamitos (Calif.) HS, he helped the Griffins place first in the Sunset League in 2023 during his senior season. That season, he tallied 58 tackles, 7 INTs (including 3 pick-6's) and 4 punt returns where he scored TDs. He represented LA and participated in the 2023 Makasi Bowl. Rubin missed his junior 2022 season due to transferring, but played his first two years at Desert Pines (Nev.) HS.
LB Jadyn Walker – Portage Northern HS (Mich.)
Walker, a three-star recruit, is ranked the No. 16 player in the state of Michigan by ESPN, No. 18 by 247Sports and No. 22 by On3. He is touted as the No. 64 linebacker in the nation by ESPN, No. 85 by 247Sports and No. 95 by On3. Walker was a two-way player in high school seeing action at linebacker and wide receiver. During his senior year in 2023, he tallied 31 receptions for 508 yards (16.4 avg.) with 5 TDs. On defense, he recorded 34 tackles and 2 INTs. He earned placement on the 2023 Associated Press Division 1 & 2 All-State First Team, the 2023 MHSCFA All-State Division 2 First Team, 2023 All-SMAC First Team and prior to the season, was selected to the 2023 Prep Redzone Michigan Division 2 Preseason All-State Offense. As a junior in 2022, he was named to the All-SMAC First Team. Walker also played basketball for Portage Northern.
