Where to stay in Chicago for Notre Dame weekend

I know this has been discussed on this board before, so sorry for the old topic
This will be our first trip out for the SC/Notre Dame game.
I remember hearing that Chicago is the place to stay, but is there a particular hotel or area that most SC fans will be?
Any info would be greatly appreciated
