Why is the game starting at 5:00

I won't even be home until 6:00. If it was Saturday that would be great ,but Friday. How can this be good for tv ratings. Seems they could of just as easily scheduled it for 6 or 6:30 making it easy for most people getting off work to catch the game before the first quarter ends.
