Four-star 2023 power forward Brandon Gardner just wrapped up an official visit to USC today. He is a former St. John's signee who was let out of his National Letter of Intent after Rick Pitino was hired there. He had been committed to the Red Storm for nearly a year but has now had to hit the reset button. USC is the most notable program that has been tied to him this late in the process. He previously took an official visit to Bryant with Rhode Island and Grand Canyon being a couple of the other schools reportedly involved.
Auburn, Alabama, Kansas, LSU, Illinois, Memphis and Clemson are some of the programs that offered him early in the process.
