Can you ask about the offense and if would benefit more from Kessler being under center instead of the gun?

Can you get their thoughts on why Kessler doesn't keep the ball and run on occasion with the read option?

I would think that even if he picks up 4 or 5 yards it could at least give him a split second more during other plays.
