USC offered its vacant secondary position to Rams safeties coach Ejiro Evero and he has declined. I know I reported Tuesday morning that Evero was unlikely to accept the offer but wanted to follow up nonetheless now that it's official.
Haven't heard anything new on USC's pursuit of Alabama secondary coach Karl Scott. USC previously offered the job to Cal defensive backs coach Gerald Alexander.
