I just went back and rewatched the game specifically looking at the defense. One player that jumped out instantly was Anthony Lucas! Wow. I know he didn’t get any sacks but his presence was felt. You see the power and strength but also his athleticism against that Oline he played was impressive. He’ll be a factor this year for sure. Devon Thompkins will be a sleeper he flashed as well. Bear Alexander was disappointing to say the least smhk. I’m not impressed at all and he’s a little overrated to me. He needs to step up and actually become a factor and not just blend in. Jaylin Smith is probably our best corner right now from what I saw. He’s legit ✌✌
