I personally like the two hires! I like the fact that they have both proven themselves and are young and put up serious statistics in 2015. Personally I would have liked to see brother Ty as the OC, but Tee may have bailed.
Nansen is just an extra body that either gets moved to Special Teams or used as filler. I personally think we need to trim the fat and move on and bring in a ST coach with experience.
