The dust has settled and the three teams who WON'T be in the Big Ten tournament are Nebraska, Penn State and Washington.

USC made the cut and will be the No. 14 seed, opening against No. 11 Rutgers on Wednesday with the winner advancing to play No. 6 Purdue on Thursday.
