This year has been a real bummer on the boards. So much hate directed in so many places by so many posters.
I, like many here, belong to more than one fan site. One of the features I appreciate on a competitors site is the ability to show my contempt for a posters drivel with a down-vote.
I don't need to waste my time arguing with imbeciles or being subject to personal attacks by internet tough guys, I just click the button and let that person know someone thinks their take is garbage.
The whole coaching carousel is really stirring up the vitriol once again and I find myself searching for the blessed thumbs-down in vain.
