Can someone who understands our defensive line explain all the different positions in the Grinch defense, and maybe how they are similar or different to a traditional 4-3 with a nose tackle, d tackle and two defensive ends. I’m confused by which guys play where. Maybe including the linebackers would help too. Safeties, corners and nickel/dime are pretty self explanatory. Thanks!
