It was on display last night. Helton, although a good man, looks like a deer in head lights all the time. The decision has to be made to identify and go after an elite HC that has real experience and can assemble an elite staff. Until then, expect the 2 or more losses a year even with top notch talent on the field. Totally out coached in every facet of the game!
