A) We control (improve) weather by regulating Carbon Dioxide (CO2). Invisible, odorless, trace gas in the atmosphere, plant food. Doctrine/Hypothesis: Less CO2 means better weather. (CO2 is a greenhouse gas that causes global warming currently at a rate of about 2 degrees centigrade per 100 years, triggering bad weather).
Q) Can we measure, identify, quantify the improvement in weather/meteorology on earth (Mother Nature) due to Mankind’s USA government policies to “fight climate change”?
A) NO. Zero zilch zippo ability to measure the efficacy of mankind regulating Carbon Dioxide and improving the weather over any region on the globe. Blind faith. Faith based measures. Hope and Faith.

A) the ONLY method is replacing fossil fuels with SOLAR & WIND only. The climate alarmists are not pro Nuclear Power. Nuclear Power is effectively off the table. Every time you hear word “Green” or “Renewable” it’s an euphemism for Solar/Wind farms, only. Btw, solar panels & wind turbines are NOT so renewable.
