Stanford Round 1 First Series our front seven was (Base 5-2):
Porter - Predator, GreenDT/DE, Marlon T. NT, Josh Fatu DT, Uchenna SAM. Cam at Mike and Houston at WLB.
For Nickle situations, they pulled Fatu for Ajene H.

These guys were stout and did a pretty good job of limiting Stanford's run game, minus the one big run.
I really wish we could've had this front seven for the whole season, particularly against a very physical team like Stanford

Stanford Round 2 : We lose Porter for Iosefa (with Rector subbing on passing downs mostly it looks like)
We lose Marlon T. Fatu slides over (NT), and Malik Dorton plays DT
In nickle we pull Dorton for Ajene.
My Takeaways based on what I've seen this year:

Marlon T. NT, Fatu DT > Fatu NT, Dorton DT
Porter Pred > Iosefa Pred (Rector subbing helps)
Iosefa now > Iosefa then
Houston now = Houston then
This front seven may not be as strong as the first go round.
We are very thin at LB. Losing Masina hurt
Thoughts?
