Probably goes to the top of Pat's list. A great progressive lap dog who's not afraid to carry water for the LGBT crowd or Black Lives Matter. A man who would champion diversity while masquerading as a coach. A man who could be counted on to use the football program as a political platform to legitimize progressive causes. Fortunately this piece of crap should lose his remaining 3 games to go 4-8 and help justify his firing and hopefully end his career as a coach. Then he can continue his self loathing as a full time activist.
There is nothing heroic about being a progressive pawn, to the contrary it speaks volumes about the character of Pinkel and his AD that they would undermine their boss in this manner. We have had enough activism the past few years to last us a lifetime. Sports was a sanctuary where we could escape for a few hours untethered from the problems of the world, but obviously that is not the case anymore. Like everything else in this world it has lost its soul.
