Josh Allen of Wyoming and Rosen said that Sam has a "good" arm but ranks third in that category of the QBs mentioned....he loves the fact that Sam has good pocket mobility and unlike alot of other guys "keeps his head up looking downfield for his receivers" when pressured....another point he made which is a little nitpicky was that he sees Sam with a "hitch" in his throwing motion where he keeps his arm below his waist instead of up high...just thought you'd find this interesting...
