Obviously a good house cleaning is part of the process and that starts with the coaching staff. Many say we have to change the culture around the program and that we're living in the past and that we have to bring in new blood. Others think that the Administration and the AD have to give the program the priority it deserves in the form of money and support to get the very best coaching staff in the nation.
Yeah there's a lot of work to be done for sure, but here's an example of how improvement in one area can have a tremendous impact on a team's performance and ultimately their season. I would sure like to see us become monsters in the trenches. Success isn't possible without dominate line play.
