Chip Kelly’s impact or lack thereof at OSU. I for one thought if he can just focus on an OC job, maybe lightening can strike twice. I understand it’s a completely different offense, but he has not had an offense like the one he had in Eugene. Super up tempo with has been slowed by substitution rules. But still…the dude didn’t just forget how to coach offense.
