..have close games through half and even third quarters with average (Western Michigan) and slightly above average (Cal and Texas) teams just like USC does. I am guessing that things are not quite as bad as they seem (as viewed by some) and probably not as rosey as they seem (viewed by others) but just the way the season will be this year as we see everyone's best shot. Washington St. is a good team and will be our toughest test, but if it is close it may just be the way it is going to be.
It seems like a lot of top 25 teams..
