USC is one of the schools taking a closer look at Merced C.C. cornerback Devron Davis. No offer yet, but this is a player that will have 'three to play two' that should be a December grad, and he's obviously physically impressive at 6-feet, 210 pounds. Pat Narduzzi, obviously a very respected defensive coach at Michigan State, offered him just the other day as Pitt's new head coach and he's gone against the JUCO route generally.
