Dukes is transferring at the end of the year which is a positive for the program. Seems like a nice kid but just not a pac 12 level basketball player so this works out for us especially with the need for an extra scholly.
Right now we have the following scholarships on the book for next year:
Returners (9): D Clark, KR, Julian Jacobs, JMac, Elijah, Malik Martin, Malik Marquetti, Nikola, Gavrilovic
Recruits (2): Boatwright, Metu
which leaves us 2 spots (those of B Taylor and now Dukes to fill). Look for one of these spots to be filled by Nick Noskowiak. The other one could potentially be filled by Malou (if he is eligible and wants to come), Drew, or Sampson if they get rid of Sampson. We could also hold onto it for next year as we will be needing rides then as well as none of our current kids will be seniors this year other than Gavrilovi.
