Junior offensive lineman Damien Mama posted on his Instagram today that he is forgoing his senior season for the NFL draft.

Mama has been USC's full-time starter the past two seasons at left guard. The Trojans now have to replace three starters on the offensive line, including both tackles. Toa Lobendahn and Chris Brown are two potential candidates to fill the void at left guard (and possibly one of the tackle spots).

Mama's departure leaves USC with 64 scholarships on the books for 2017. That's including JuJu Smith-Schuster and Adoree' Jackson, both of whom have yet to announce whether they will return for their senior seasons, as well as three former walk-ons who were awarded scholarships this past fall.

USC can only sign 23 players from the 2017 class unless it decides to blueshirt additional members, which would then count towards the 2018 class.
