With Brandon Baker leaving us out of his top 10 and both Breland + Carter trending away from us, I can't help but feel like we should have taken or further pursued Elijah Brown. Obviously Baker and Breland never showed much interest in USC... but I can't help but wonder if that stemmed from USC never showing much interest in their leader Brown.
Now obviously I know nothing about what happened behind the scenes and maybe USC gets back into it with Carter and Breland, but from the outside I can't help but feel like the staff messed this one up by going after Lagway and Raiola who we missed out on anyways. Hopefully this doesn't have residual affects on the 2025 class as MD has 5 top 100 players on Rivals.
