Spoke with four-star Mississippi corner Nigel Knott recently and his tone certainly sounded encouraging if you're looking for good news for USC. After Rising Stars he attended The Opening where he posted a 4.30-second 40-yard dash, and he's also unofficially visited Alabama, Ole Miss and Mississippi State recently.
Right now USC and Oregon are the only two officials Knott is sure he will take, with the USC trip very likely to take place in January. Keith Heyward has stayed in frequent contact since Rising Stars and Knott had nothing but very good, enthusiastic things to say about the Trojans.
