I believe it was TCU (Texas Christian U) who is now punishing a student for stating in public that the Muslim religion is not a peaceful religion.He also made some other statements. The school has given him probation, forbidden him from participating in certain activities for four years, order counseling and warned him that if he goes public, the punishment will be more severe.He appealed to a Board of two and was immediately denied.

From the reading, which was in the Washingto Times, it states that private universities (institutions)
are not covered by the first amendment. Hard to believe. Any attorney in the know?
