My 14y/o grandson started up a fitness program with Cross Fit after football finished in December.
He still had a bit of baby fat when he started.
Wow, no more.
He has put on 35 good lbs.
Our neighbor, who will be Adam`s coach this fall, can not believe the transformation.
In addition to the results, I really am impressed with the knowledge regarding fitness they teach.
One of the problems these kids have is they think it`s just about how much they can bench.
They drill that out of them, instead concentrating on core strength.
