Because I favor college coaches and since I don't think Herman is coming, I'm throwing Fleck's name into the hat. He's only 36ish but he's been an assistant at Ohio State and with the Tampa Bay Bucs. He play a season or two in the league. Fleck took over Western Michigan and went 1-11 in his first season. Next two seasons, he's taken them to a bowl game including the first bowl victory in school history. They are 3-0 now including 2 wins against Power5 schools. Word is he recruits well. His resume is a little light but is he worth a gamble? Too green? Perhaps but does his name belong on Swann's list?
