SC WOT are 17-6, 7-5 and tied for 5th in the Pac-12 standings. 8 teams are projected to be invited to the NCAA Tournament (most of any conference)

In Lindsay Gottlieb's 2nd season:

WOT are No. 31 in the AP poll, No. 30 in USA Today coaches poll, a No. 8 seed in ESPN bracketology (playing No. 9 seed Arkansas in Bloomington, IN), No. 28 in NET, No. 29 in the AMSTS Computer rankings No. 39 in the Real Time Sports RPI.

NCAA Tourney was expanded to 68 teams last season. This season, the customary four regional sites have been reduced to two: Seattle and Greenville, South Carolina. The top 16 teams will continue to host the first and second rounds, and the First Four games will again be played at the site of the first-round games to which they feed.

Iowa, LSU and Stanford are all in the conversation to join South Carolina, Indiana and UConn on the top line after the Cardinal lost Sunday.

USC last made the NCAA tournament in 2014! Gottlieb is ahead of schedule and will have No. 1 recruit Juju Watkins headlining the incoming class.
