Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know we have updated the Scholarship Distribution Chart.
Coach Clay Helton on Wednesday said he expected USC to be at 82 scholarship players this fall. Our current count is 83, but that includes a few former walk-ons who were awarded a one-year scholarship for the 2015 season. It remains to be seen which of them will have their scholarships renewed. (The 83 does not include 2016 kicker commit Michael Brown who is expected to blueshirt, which would count against USC's overall total and the 2017 class.)
Regardless, USC is in the low 80s, which hasn't been the case since 2011. It's no coincidence that that was also the last time USC was, well, USC.
