Our kids are so much better, faster, athletic...
We lost to Furd, at home. They are still to be seen if elite or not.
ASU beat themselves. Ive watched the film 3 times, and we got 35 points off turnovers (goal line fumble was a 14 pt turnover). Without having ASU mistakes, who knows.
Lose, 2 straight home game, to a sub-par, rebuilding, UW team. Not just lose, but punched in the mouth (watch the film, they came to hit, we came to dance).
Our issues are coaching :
- many of our penalties were illegal formations or other coaching calls
- our o line coach hire is a DUD!. no wonder he's never graduated to a higher coaching position. We have 5 returning starters and all-Americans, yet we consistently give 5-6 sacks against bad teams? (Ark st, uw)
- inconsistent (reason Kiffin was fired).
- NO COACHING ADJUSTMENTS. If we are bad in the 1st half, we are worse in 2nd half.
- No player motivation; Remember when Taylor Mays told us that Pete (sorry for the reference) could get the team amped for a hot dog eating contest? It was OBVIOUS that Sark couldn't get his team amped to play for Sarks own pride.
- Justin Wilcox: wash offense played terrible. Many Dropped passes and their QB is no Goff. It has been said, by many knowledgeable scouts, he is dead set on his system, whether he has the right players or not. HE DOES NOTHING WITH 5 STAR
