Interesting to note that the first four Trojans selected in the draft were all acquired from the state of Florida. (I know Josh Shaw only went to school there for a while.) We've picked up some real gems out of that talent-rich state the last few years. I hope their success in this draft can be used as a recruiting tool to keep the pipeline alive. Getting the best of California should always be a priority but there are exceptional athletes to be found all over the country and I'm glad some of them are choosing USC.
Leonard Williams, Nelson Agholor, Buck Allen & Josh Shaw have been great Trojans on the field and, with the exception of one bizarre incident, off of it as well. I thank them for all the hard work and dedication they have given to the program during some very trying times. Can't wait to see you play on Sundays!
