Arizona commit Chris Roland opted to stick with the Wildcats. He took an official visit to USC this past weekend and was believed to be leaning toward the Trojans. But after flipped Georgia Tech commit Briton Allen earlier today, Roland's spot wasn't as secure.

We'd gotten word in the last hour that Arizona coach Kevin Sumlin believed he was getting Roland, despite recent activity on his Twitter feed indicating he was heading to USC.

Cornerback, as you know, is a major need for the 2019 class. The Trojans have just five on the current roster, as well as three safeties. Expect several of the newest DBs to be tried out at corner, safety or nickel upon arrival.
