The talking heads on TV refer to Washington's schedule as "relatively weak" or "not great." Its not relatively weak or not great, its gawd awful! Its no wonder they lost to ASU last night. Beating Rutgers, Montana, Fresno State, Oregon State, Colorado and Cal (at home).....could they have played a weaker schedule? The Pac-12 stinks this year, which is fortunate for SC because they aren't great either. But, at least they play a good non-conference schedule and they did beat Stanford. When this playoff thing came about, people were talking about how strength of schedule would matter. I guess no one told Washington. And the talking heads ignore teams' schedules. As long as that happens, strength of schedule won't matter. And these mediocre teams that beat up on cupcakes will be hailed as great teams. Unbelievable!
In the immortal words of Will Smith as Dr. Bennet Omalu "Speak the truth!."
