will SC recruiting take a hit?

Pretty sure this is TMs last year at SC. While his OC skills haven't been up to par he has been one of SCs best recruiters. Who's going to recruit for SC? Who's going to get those 50/50 guys that we usually get but now that Chip is in LA will be harder to do.
