Let's just say that I'm not impressed. Uchenna and Rector will have a field day, and there will be a million batted passes in this game.
BTW, there's something wrong with Falk's mechanics (at least on some occasions)--he doesn't allow his arm to fully wind up before he starts his rotation (thus, his arm is still traveling backwards during his shoulder rotation). This deprives his throws of some amount of zip. His delivery looks awkward. I can't believe that NFL teams wouldn't be concerned about this.
