Another USC 4-star OL target is off the board, as JSerra’s Jeffrey Persi commits to Michigan.
Not a surprise. USC was in his final four, but I did not ever sense the Trojans were in a position to land him. The staff remained interested and in pursuit for him, at least as recently as a few weeks ago, but another 4-star linemen is heading out of SoCal.
