Are Fink and Sears underrated

I believe both Fink and Sears are being overlooked. I believe whoever wins the job can lead this team to a 10plus win season. Yes JT will eventually be the SC QB but imo one of these two will Win the Job and will play much better than most on this board seem to think! Not sure why everyone seems to be convinced they’ll be so limited? Because they couldn’t beat out a QB going in the top ten of this years draft??
