Clay Helton will last at least five years. You may see some assistants come and go, but Clay will remain. The Administration will not allow another incident like Kiffin and Sark to hit the press. The coaching carousel stops with CCH. Helton is, by all accounts, a clean guy who's good for marketing; he is not going to eject himself out fo the pilot's seat. Additionally, Clay seems sufficiently "dialed in" to at least keep USC respectable. The question remains as to whether he will achieve the highest of heights. Clay is so humble and likable that he will get his own share of good recruits, and he will survive the occasional "WTF" loss here or there.
