Every article by BRS never mentions he committed to USC. Here the one on the front page now "Juarez is the top prospect in the state now, and it's widely accepted that he'll choose from one of the Los Angeles schools in the winter." While soft, he is still committed and they should do honest reporting instead of trying to over sell their fan base on prospects like they do every year.
