Recruiting DE Emmanuel Okoye set to announce decision Wednesday, talks top 3

Adam Gorney got some comments from reclassified 2023 DE Emmanuel Okoye -- the intriguing prospect from Europe (originally from Africa) who visited USC. It's down to the Trojans, Tennessee and Texas Tech.

I've tried for a while to get a response from Okoye, so kudos to Adam for at least getting some comments ahead of tomorrow's announcement:
