USC had two of its top 2021 QB targets on campus this week in Miller Moss (Bishop Alemany HS/Mission Hills) and Behren Morton (Eastland HS/Eastland, Texas). Moss, a 4-star prospect, earned his offer yesterday while Morton, a 3-star, picked up his back in April.
