Looks like the heavy handed commissioner has created another shit storm for himself and the NFL. Brady's appealing and Kraft is threatening to violate league bylaws and sue the NFL over the Draconian punishment leveled against Brady and the Pats. The longer this stays in the news the more the NFL's brand suffers. It doesn't look good to have the league's star quarterback as well as it's current Super Bowl Champion suing the league. The other owners don't like it. Kraft knows this and he has Goodell in a tough spot. It appears Goodell is trying to work out a settlement with Kraft to diffuse the situation.
Isn't this a rerun concerning Goodell? He's always stepping on his dick and having to walk back his actions. He's single handedly destroyed the NFL's credibility the past two years and for this he got paid $44M last year. He has to be the highest paid incompetent in the world. It's going to be interesting to see how he resolves this issue. My money's on the Pats.
