Is if teams are trying to poach your OC/DC but more importantly, HC.
With the news of Rich Rod losing his job, my friend sent me a text asking if I thought they would come after Clay Helton. I laughed out loud! Why? Not because I don’t like him (I do) and not because he didn’t help turn the USC program around (he did) but because I truly believe not many schools think he’s that good. Or any of the coordinators for that matter. Teams are constantly having to redo their HC contract to keep them home and happy, give coordinators more titles and more money. USC? Nope, 99 problems but that ain’t 1!
