To turn around a program. Seems like 3 years is the # I hear. When your first recruiting class is in their Jr or RSSo seasons. I only ask this because this will be CH 2nd full season as coach. Back to back 10 win seasons isn’t to shabby. I know he recruited the players on this team but he didn’t get to hand pick them all or decide how many for each position under Sarks last season. In his first season (half) he got them to the PAC 12 CSG, 2nd season RB winner, and this season another PAC12 CSG. I bring this up just looking at what other coach’s are doing example Tom Herman. Looking at it from this POV what are your opinions.
