After being there, it was a COMPLETELY different game on TV. The 2nd qtr was an abosolute JOKE. The blocking assignments of our line was PITIFUL. There were 3 guys on 1 backer at times, I saw #75 turned around with his back to the line, totally lost and the backer flew by him to get Kessler. Many O-linemen were beat time and time again. There were no rb's in the backfield blocking for Kessler...through out the game.
Flipside, Stanford O-line blocked the way it should be done, Hogan had possibly the best game of his career so far and the Shaw had many mismatches with his LARGE receivers vs our smaller db's.
