As of this writing Coach Herman has 19 commits. The overall star average is 2.84. Only one commit is over three stars, a four star commit. I was shocked when I looked at this. What it tells me is that Great Coaching wins out over the Beauty Pageant, at least in Houston Texas. I really like what Coach Herman is doing.
